The recruitment team from Acero Construction recently visited the Bachy Soletanche yard in Burscough. The team, guided by Andy Kettrick and Andy Berry, toured the facility, including the maintenance areas for piling rigs, and the fabrication and welding departments.
During the tour, the team learned about the health and safety requirements essential for both on-site and yard operations. This knowledge is critical for ensuring that new operatives joining Bachy Soletanche are well-prepared and understand the company’s ethos and operational standards.
The visit was beneficial for strengthening the collaboration between Acero Construction and Bachy Soletanche.
