• Daily reports and weekly costings reported to keep records up to date.
• Options for temporary works guide wall design.
• Options for temporary works shutter design.
• Collaboration and flexibility to meet client program needs.
• Two visits as requested by client to complete the job.

With the high frequency of changes start dates / sequencing of these difficult projects, Acero demonstrated their flexibility in accommodating the many changes during the pre-construction phase, supporting Keller throughout and ensuring resource could be provided when required. Their communication ensured everyone was on the same page at all times, reducing any  confusion and minimising any unplanned events and costs. The product installed was of high quality and the programme was met. The safety culture within their team was also of a very high standard when working adjacent to the rig and on other site operations – exclusion zones were in place, housekeeping was good and open excavations were protected at all times
